Ship-Shape™ Deck Care Plan Subscription

The Ship-Shape™ Deck Care Plan is a recurring service subscription that may include periodic inspections, maintenance, cleaning, minor adjustments, or related services, as described at the time of enrollment.

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or otherwise, as disclosed at signup).

  • By enrolling, you authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice through the method specified on the Site or via direct contact.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless otherwise stated.

Scope & Limitations

  • Subscription services do not include major repairs, rebuilds, or upgrades unless explicitly stated.

  • Additional work may be recommended and quoted separately.

  • Scheduling is subject to weather, access, safety, and operational considerations.
